Destination: St. John

I was fortunate enough to accompany my gal, Tara, and eight of her fabulous friends to St. John in celebration of Tara's birthday.  We had a such a fun time!  Whoo hoo!  I was a little nervous to be away from my boys (all of them) for that long but it was well worth it, and I relaxed enough to enjoy each and every day.  (Though I must admit my ability to 'let go' was due to the knowledge that BOTH Fran's mom and his sister flew in to care for the babies.  The thought of the two of them AND Jessica watching my kids made me want to skip freely across the sand.)  Below are some photos from this beautiful, hot, humid, and friendly island.  You'll notice more than one photo of Tara as she's the birthday girl and, well,  birthday girls deserve their time to shine:
